Holy Cross Shines at NSWCPS Cross Country Championships!
What an incredible day for our Holy Cross athletes last Wednesday, June 11th, at the Sydney Equestrian Centre for the NSWCPS Cross Country Championships! Our seven dedicated students showcased remarkable talent and perseverance, achieving some truly outstanding results.
We are immensely proud of every single one of our competitors for their hard work, determination, and exceptional school spirit.
Here's a look at their impressive finishes:
8/9 Year Boys
- Jack: 40th
- Noah: 36th
10 Year Boys
- Archie: 1st Place - NSWCPS Champion!
11 Year Boys
- Max: 19th
12 Year Boys
- Nate: 22nd
- Jesse: 1st Place - NSWCPS Champion!
12 Year Girls
- Vida: 32nd
A huge, special congratulations goes out to Archie, who brilliantly secured 1st place in the 10-year-old boys' race, and Jesse, who also triumphed with a fantastic 1st place in the 12-year-old boys' race!
Thanks to their incredible performances, both Archie and Jesse have been selected to represent the MacKillop team at the NSWPSSA All Schools event next term. This is an absolutely phenomenal achievement and a testament to their dedication to cross-country running!
Well done again to all our athletes – you made Holy Cross proud!
Lachlan Represents Holy Cross at MacKillop Touch Trials!
What a fantastic day it was in Wagga last Friday at the MacKillop Touch trials, with our very own Lachlan from Year 6 in attendance!
Lachlan had a brilliant time, not only enjoying the experience but also learning a host of new skills and performing exceptionally well. This was a wonderful opportunity for him to develop his game and showcase his talent.
A huge congratulations to Lachlan on this outstanding achievement! We're incredibly proud of his dedication and effort.
ATHLETICS CARNIVAL 2025 WRAP UP!
Our recent Athletics Carnival was a fantastic day filled with energy, sportsmanship, and incredible talent! We want to extend a huge thank you to all the parent helpers who volunteered their time and made the day run so smoothly. Your support is invaluable.
A massive well done to all our students for their enthusiastic participation and outstanding sportsmanship throughout the carnival. You represented our school with pride! And of course, a big thank you to our dedicated staff for their hard work in organizing and running all the events.
