State Cross Country Championships

What an incredible day for our school at the State Cross Country Championships held on 23 July at the International Equestrian Centre! Our students, Archie (Year 4) and Jesse (Year 6), showcased their talent and dedication by competing against the best young athletes in the state.

Both boys delivered truly outstanding performances. Archie demonstrated remarkable effort, finishing an impressive 19th in the 10s boys' category. Jesse, in a phenomenal display of athleticism, secured a fantastic third place in the 12/13s boys' event, earning a well-deserved bronze medal!

A massive congratulations goes out to Jesse on his exceptional achievement. We're thrilled to announce that he has been selected to represent NSWPSSA at the upcoming School Sport Australia Cross Country Championships, which will be held on the Gold Coast this September. This is a tremendous honour, and we wish Jesse all the very best as he prepares to compete at the national level.

To help cover the cost of travel, uniform, and competition levies for Jesse to attend these championships, he is selling raffle tickets for $5 each. These are in the school office. If you would like to support him, he’d be very grateful!
