P&F and FETE NEWS
Please Help
We have had a disappointing response to calls for help with our fete so far this year. With just over a week to go, we are really struggling to have enough people to run the stalls.
If you are able to give an hour or two of your time, PLEASE fill in your name on the chart on the office door or get in touch with us and we can fill in a slot for you.
Monies raised at previous fetes have been used to purchase air conditioning, iPads for K-2, Reading Eggs and iMaths subscriptions, and much, much more.
The fete simply cannot work without the involvement of our parents. Please get on board and lend a hand.

FETE UPDATE
With only 8 more sleeps until the big day, it’s getting very exciting! You will have received a note in your child’s school bag today with all the latest updates but here are a few important notes;
Major Raffle- Golden Ticket Entries
Remember to bring back all Golden Tickets by Monday for your chance to go in the draw at Monday afternoon’s assembly!
You can still continue to purchase raffle tickets after Monday, so keep those books coming in!
Cakes
You should have now received your cake packaging, but if you need more please pop into the office as there are spares available! Home baked goods are one of the biggest attractions at any fete so we can’t wait to see your masterpieces!
Ride Tickets
Remember that ordering your unlimited rides passes is advance will save you $5! Completed order forms with payment ($25 ea) are due back by Thursday. You will still be able to purchase individual tickets and unlimited rides passes on the day for $30. Get in early and save!
White Elephant/ Book / Plant Donations
Please refer to the note sent home for dates and times for drop off!
General
In the final week there will be lots of stallholders requesting assistance- keep an eye on the P & F Facebook page and any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated!
