2023 26th CDF Sports Awards
On Friday 10th November, the Wollongong Diocese Annual Sports Awards were held at St Mary’s College Wollongong where 5 Holy Cross students were nominated to receive an award for their 2023 School sporting achievements.
Congratulations to Ella, Tom, Eddie, Lachlan, and Jesse who demonstrated high levels of sporting achievements during 2023 and were worthy recipients of the following awards.

Congratulations to Ruby!
On Monday, 13 November, Ruby attended the Catholic Schools NSW sports awards where her Touch Football team was named NSW Catholic Primary Schools Team of the Year. This is a huge honor for Ruby and her team who are from various schools throughout NSW.

Jesse would like to say a HUGE thank you to everyone in the school community who has supported him to travel to Tasmania to compete in the Australian Athletics Championships. Thank you to everyone who purchased raffle tickets, we have put this money towards the purchasing of his NSW Uniform. Thank you to everyone who has sent well wishes, those who have watched him race, cheered him on, run with him, and wished him luck. He and our family are so grateful for the wonderful support he has around him.
