Holy Cross students had a fantastic day at the recent Netball Gala. All teams relished the beautiful weather and the opportunity to play with their friends. Encouraging words were exchanged to motivate everyone to perform their best both on and off the field, and the sportsmanship displayed throughout each game was commendable. Holy Cross entered five teams: two junior girls' teams, two senior girls' teams, and one senior boys' team. The event was held at the Berkeley Netball Courts, where each team played eight games. Thank you to all the students who participated and made the teachers very proud. We look forward to our next gala day, which will feature soccer in Term 3.
