Diocese of Wollongong Selection Trials- Athletics
On Tuesday 20th August, 14 of our talented athletics students competed at the Wollongong Diocese Primary Athletics Selection Trials. The trials bring together the first four place-getters from the Western Region and South Coast Region for a chance to represent the Wollongong Diocese at the MacKillop Trials.
We had some amazing results:
Archie- 2nd in 1500m, 3rd in 800m
Emma M- 2nd in 1500m , 6th in 800m
Nate- 3rd in 1500m, 6th in 100m, 5th in 200m
Cooper- 3rd in 1500m
Rustin- 8th in 100m
Amos- 6th in 100m
Blake- 6th in 100m
Noah- 4th in 100m
Mila- 6th in Long Jump
Vida- 5th in Long Jump
Asher- 6th in Shot Put
RELAY TEAMS
Junior Boys Relay (Archie, Rustin, Max, Cooper)- 5th
Senior Boys Relay (Jake, Amos, Kaiden, Nate)- 7th
